The circus is coming to TWO town. I am finally sharing the details of Cece’s Circus themed second birthday. We chose this theme because life with Cece is truly like the circus. She also loves circus animals. I had so much fun putting everything for the circus birthday party together. I am not a big DIY-er but I do love Amazon. Most of the items are from Amazon and it was honestly really easy to pull off and make it look like I spent a lot of time on the decorations.
How I stick to the theme and stay on budget:
I love a good party theme but I also like to keep it practical. The candy, popcorn and animal crackers worked as decor and party favors. It was a really budget-friendly way to have decor and something our guests could take home. Another great way to stay on budget is to use items you already have to decorate with. A lot of the decor were items we already had around the house like the stuffed animal tiger and cake stands.
I used Zazzle for all of my printing needs. The invitations, banner, stickers, and wrapping paper were all from there. They have such a huge variety of different themes and I love that you can get everything to match. It is also super affordable. Here is a tip for saving money: order stickers that match the theme and use them to spruce up cups, cards, and anything that you can put a sticker on. I used the stickers on the red and white stripe cups, her gift, and thank you cards.
