Hi everyone! It’s been a while since I’ve had the time to put together a post. Because of life with a newborn! But, I recently made these delicious lactation bites and I had to share with you. It’s funny how when you’re a nursing mom your mind shifts so much. You think about what you’re eating, drinking, and even wearing. Everything you do you are asking is this safe for nursing, or is it nursing friendly?
So, with that in mind, I knew I needed a healthy but sweet snack. As a nursing mom, you have this crazy appetite. I love these to help increase milk supply, satisfy my appetite and sweet tooth. They are super quick and easy to make and none of the ingredients are too crazy or hard to find. Even if you’re not nursing they would make for a perfect sweet snack. I love dark chocolate chips and that’s one of the reasons these are my favorite.
